The Labrador Retriever is a Medium/Large dog that was originally bred for Retrieving. They have a short coat that requires little grooming. An active dog they require regular exercise. Very intelligent, they learn easily, are incredibly dependable and have a very obedient nature. Labrador Retrievers love human company, are great around children and make excellent family pets.
