The Briard is a large dog originally bred as a working sheep dog. They have a dense coat that requires moderate grooming. An alert boisterous dog that serves his master. The Briard needs diligent training from an early age. Reasonably tolerant of animals and strangers, but due to their size children should be supervised. |
